Smoked: Surrogates L’Antlier Animal Cracker

I remember enjoying this stick years ago. When I saw they were still available, I thought too myself they certainty can’t be the same… I put them up for 3 months or so and I’m very happy with the results! Savory and delicious, Spicy yet balanced…Creamy with an edge to it. Loved’em than, love ‘em still and what a long slow roll!
