The Blackbird Rook Colorado (or Sumatra, take your pick) is billed as the creamy, smooth, naturally sweet addition to Blackbird's catalog of boutique blends. That all sounds pretty good. But the experience doesn't always match the description. So I want to see what this new blend has to offer. Is it a boutique bombshell or just another blend in the flock? And the only way to find out is with a cut and a light.
