Cigar Reviewed: Rocky Patel Java Maduro by Drew Estate

Cigar would not stay lit, tasted like chemicals and burned unevenly, had to throw away 1/4 of the way through it. It seems as though the quality and quality control of this cigar has gone down hill since the last time I ordered them......hopefully this was just a one-off??
