Having heard mixed reviews on the Man O War portfolio I decided to purchase a sampler. The first one I tried was today. The Man O War Virtue Box pressed Robusto. This boxed pressed robusto is 5.5x52 with Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper around Nicaraguan binder and filler. It was visually perfect and cold draw perfect as well. Mild to medium flavor portfolio with generous aromatic smoke. Although a Connecticut it producs robust notes of caramel and coffee along with some spice. Flavor stayed consistent throught the stick. Overall I was pleasanty suprised with how good of a cigar this is. I am now looking forward to trying others that came in the sampler. I think the Armada boxed press will be next. Looking forward to it... .
