Cigar Reviewed: MUWAT Fire Cured Sweets

In terms of ‘sweet’ cigars, this won’t blow your sweet tooth off. The sweetness is more subtle and, by no means, overpowering.

The Chunky was a nice, quick, easy smoke. It won’t win any gold medals for being awesome, but is consistent enough to know exactly what you are getting. I think the sweetness also helps take a bite out some of the tobacco flavor that can jump up and bite you.

If this was a $3 smoke, it would be perfect for that knucklehead that stumbles up to you and asks if you have an extra cigar; it is small enough that it won’t be wasted on time commitments from said knucklehead. The cigar also intertwines the tobacco and sweet, so as much as they think they know what they are doing, the cigar will cover for them and the sweetness will keep them interested.

But it isn’t a $3 smoke, it is a $7 smoke. So when that same knucklehead stumbles up and asks for my extra cigar, I just say ‘no, this is my last one’.
