# Steelhorse - CAO Group

I paired this with a bourbon on a late Sunday evening as the weekend died out with the sunset. Good stuff and enjoyable. It smoked a lot like the normal Flathead with maybe a little less bite and flavor. But I'd smoke it again. Posted in CAO by Gindy on April 28 2025 9:36:17 AM
