## to the rescue

As I was walking down the streets of Manhattan smoking an absolutely great knucklebuster a guy in front of me keeps over and hits the ground. I jump into action, perform CPR and save the guys life. Turns out he’s some oil rich gazillionaire, he is so grateful he’s adopted me, made me his sole heir and life is good, very good. More cigars for all, I’m buying.
