## Medium & Sweet

Not overly sweet with a hint of mocha on the first 1/3. The flavors built and evolved into a stronger coffee flavor with less cocoa notes from about half way on. Towards the end it began to pick up some spice not enough to overpower the coffee. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
