# Cohiba Riviera Review by nighthawk

I'm typically used to Cohiba cigars made in the DR. This cigar (Riviera), with tobaccos from Nicaragua, really was unexpectedly bold. Almost too much for my palate - but not in a bad way. This is a cigar that I could definitely work up towards as my palate matures. By nighthawk on June 13 2023 1:08:57 PM

## Great Cigar | Unexpectedly Bold

I'm typically used to Cohiba cigars made in the DR. This cigar (Riviera), with tobaccos from Nicaragua, really was unexpectedly bold. Almost too much for my palate - but not in a bad way. This is a cigar that I could definitely work up towards as my palate matures. My absolute favorite aspect of the cigar was the box press. I love that such a simple update made such a profound impact on my enjoyment level. I hope Cohiba does more with the box press on some of their others lines. For me, this was a solid 4.5 cigar and something I could go back to for special occasions. Nice work, guys! Another great cigar from Cohiba.
