## Big bold smoke

The Gran Legado was much bigger than I anticipated! I knew it would require at least four hours to smoke. Fortunately I had the time and it was worth it! Bold, dark flavor from beginning to end - cocoa, allspice, strong coffee

Construction was amazing as this beast required no re-light

Well done my friends!!
