# CAO Maduro Cigar

See why we take the time to go through the rigorous 90-day fermentation and heating process that unlocks the full potential of this premium cigar.

Introduced in 1998 to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of CAO, the CAO L'Anniversaire Maduro remains one of the most sought-after premium cigars available today. The wrapper is fermented under intense heat for 90 days until it releases its full potential—a rich, dark wrapper that burns evenly with a razor-thin carbon ring. This outstanding wrapper dresses the Ecuadorian binder and Nicaraguan/Dominican blend and delights with an elegant, luxurious finish.
