Perdomo's 10th Anniversary Champagne is one of the most recommended beginner cigars of all time! It comes with a mild Connecticut wrapper, and Nicaraguan binder, and fillers. It's certainly a popular mild blend. But my question is - can it keep up with so many other mild boutique blends that are brimming with wild and exotic flavor?
