Ward B’s New Black Book, but newer Edited

As your duly elected Deputy Mayor of CW, a census is required in order to facilitate various & sundry mailings, cigar exchanges, box passes, Secret Santa/Bunny, & the occasional Harvey Pookah.

I understand that not everyone likes to have their personal info broadcast publicly, so I've created a private email account strictly for our private comms related to Ward B on CW: DeputyMayorOfCW@hotmail.com

Ideally, I'd like to get everyone who is active on this Board to send me your contact info, but especially if you participate in box passes, Secret Santa, Secret Easter Bunny, etc - even if infrequently. I'll need:

* First, Last Name (your real name, please)

* CW Account Name

* CW Account Anniversary Date (if a Legacy, then your original Start Date!)

* Birthday

* Current Mailing Address (including any special instructions)

* Current Phone Number (ideally a cell phone, so I can text you if something critical needs to be discussed)

* plus any other info you wish to share with me.

Again, this will all be kept confidential EXCEPT for purposes of box passes, stealth bombs, and that kind of thing.

If anyone knows how to reach out to some of our deep basement dwellers, please let them know I need this info, too.

Finally, I'm open for suggestions, too. If anyone has any questions or suggestions, please ping me.
